Wild Force and Cyber Judge continue to introduce Ancient and Future Pokemon into the roster respectively, with the central ones being the trios of the Legendary Beasts for the Ancient variety and Gold/Silver and the Swords of Justice from Black/White for the Future.

These sets reintroduce ACE SPEC cards, which are powerful cards with the restriction that only one ACE SPEC card of any sort can be included in a deck. ACE SPEC cards as of this set have a unique magenta design and can come in Trainer and Special Energy cards.
