McDonald's Collections before it, the set is comprised of reprints with a new set symbol and numbering. The reprints all feature starter Pokémon and come from various expansions from the Black & White, XY, Sun & Moon, and Sword & Shield Series. Each card retains its original layout and has the 25th Anniversary logo in the bottom right corner of the card's artwork.
A pack of four cards was included in Happy Meals during the promotion, along with one of four toys, both contained within a cardboard envelope that has a simple puzzle on it. Each card has a Non Holofoil and a Confetti Holofoil print, with one Confetti Holo included in each pack
